Yesterday, 08/09/21, I went for my medical check-up. I left the office in tears. The doctor treated me shouting, with manners inappropriate for a professional, it is clear that she is not. I have filed all possible complaints.

It is the first time I have had an accident at work and I go to a mutual insurance company. From the reception to the last member of the staff, I have received excellent treatment, both professional and human. If you are ever in my situation you can be sure that you are in good hands.

A lot of patience because even if you make an appointment, you can wait more than an hour to be seen (the waiting room is empty). In consultation they don’t even know what they have to do. They are just talking about their personal issues. Very unprofessional.
